How to Deflate Inflatable Bubble Wrap on Liquor Bottles
Finding rare and unusual liquors in a store near you is sometimes difficult, but if you find what you want in an online store, it can often be shipped directly to your home. This is a convenient as well as risky. Liquor bottles are usually made of glass, so it must be packaged well to survive the trip from the store to your mailbox. Many stores package liquor bottles in inflatable bubble wrap. These plastic pouches of air surround and cushion fragile glass bottles very well. When you receive your bottles, you can deflate the bubble wrap for disposal or recycling.

Remove the inflatable bubble wrap from the liquor bottle's box. If the packaging is wrapped around the liquor bottle, cut it off.

Puncture each air pouch with a knife or another sharp tool if you do not want to use the packaging again. Press down on the packaging to release all of the air.

Insert a drinking straw into the inflation hole if you want to reuse the packaging. Not all inflatable bubble wrap will have an inflation hole. Press down on the pouch to release the air. Continue pressing down until the pouch is completely flat.
