How to Smooth Curve Lines on Flash

Use Flash tools to modify ragged curves.

Adobe Flash provides many tools to help you build dynamic multimedia creations. The Brush and Pencil tool enable you to draw shapes such as curves using your mouse. You may find that your curves are not as precise as you would like. The interface includes various image correction tools, such as Straighten and Smooth. Use the Smooth tool to tweak your curve lines in Flash.

Instructions

1. Open the Flash source file. Click the curve you want to smooth using the Arrow or Selection tool. Use the "Smooth" button or menu to modify your selection.

2. Click the "Smooth" button on the Tools panel. The curve becomes smoother. Repeat the process as needed.

3. Select the "Modify" menu, and then "Shape." Select "Smooth" from the drop-down.
