How to Check My Metro PCS Call Log Online

MetroPCS is a prepaid cellular service provider that offers unlimited calling. Since MetroPCS does not bill by individual call or have monthly minute allotments, this cellular service provider does not provide you with a monthly billing statement or the ability to check your call history online. You can, however, call MetroPCS customer service and request an electronic billing statement that displays your call history. As of June 2011, MetroPCS charges a fee of $1 for this electronic billing statement.

Verify your identity. Answer the account security questions to confirm ownership of your MetroPCS account. Typical security questions include your name, address and Social Security number.

Ask the customer service representative to provide you with an electronic billing statement.

Provide the customer service representative with your email address.

Open your email client or Web-based email account. Select your inbox and open the email message from MetroPCS. Click the attachment located within the email message to view your MetroPCS call history or call log.
