How to Do Female Military Creases
Military uniforms are held to a standard look and must be pressed with definite and crisp creases. There are usually creases going down the front and sleeves of the shirt, and three creases down the back of the shirt. Care must be taken when pressing a shirt to make sure it will pass a military crease inspection. Does this Spark an idea?

Prepare your iron and set it on the low setting. Spray the shirt with a light coating of starch.

Place the shirt face up on the ironing board and flatten the first sleeve with the button side down.

Press the sleeve with back and forth motions until a sharp crease is formed from the shoulder to the wrist.

Shift the shirt on the board and flatten the second sleeve as instructed above. Press the second sleeve until a sharp crease is formed.

Fold over the left side of the front of the shirt, and iron the pleats on the front. Use the buttons and pocket as a guide to align the fold. Repeat with the other side of the shirt.

Flip the shirt over on the ironing board to expose the back side up. Flatten out the back pleats of the shirt. Iron each with a back and forth motion until a sharp crease is made.
