How to Display Picture Via HDMI on the Evo
The HTC EVO 4G's screen is capable of displaying content ranging from videos to photos, but at times, a larger display can improve your viewing experience. With the EVO 4G's HDMI-out capabilities, you can export your phone's display onto an HDMI-capable display, allowing you to watch videos, for example, in a size closer to how they were intended to be seen. To do so, you'll need an EVO 4G HDMI cable.
