How to Put an RSS Feed Into Facebook Notes
Notes is a Facebook blogging application that allows you to post long notes to your Facebook profile. Whereas status updates are limited to 420 characters, Notes entries can be as long as you want. You can also import RSS feeds into the Notes application, enabling you to automatically update Notes from your external blog. It takes only a few minutes to put your RSS feed into Notes. Once complete, your 10 most recent entries will be imported, and all future updates will be posted to your Facebook wall using Notes.

Navigate to Facebook.com/notes.php and log in to your Facebook account.

Click "Edit Import Settings."

Enter your RSS feed address in the "Web URL" text box, click the check box beside to confirm that you are the owner of the RSS feed and that the feed content is not obscene or illegal, then click "Start Importing."

Review the import details, then click "Confirm" to import your RSS feed.
