Dreamweaver CS3 Tutorial on How to Add Text & Images

Adobe Dreamweaver is a professional website authoring application that caters to both layout artists and coders. The CS3 version is the first version of Dreamweaver sold under the Adobe name; Adobe bought Dreamweaver from Macromedia. You may use the Code view to see the site's source code or the Design view if you have less coding experience so you can directly add text or images to any webpage you are editing or creating.

Instructions

Load Adobe Dreamweaver CS3 from the Start menu, and click the "HTML" link under "Create New" if Dreamweaver brings up the startup screen. Click the "File" menu and go to "New" if you do not see the startup screen. Click the "Design" button on the toolbar to switch to Design view.

Open Windows Explorer from the Start menu and look for any JPEG, GIF or PNG images that you wish to add. Drag any preferable image file to the Dreamweaver window to add the image. Use the same "Properties" panel to adjust the various image attributes, such as the size and border.
