How to Remove the Case From a 2Wire 2701HG-B
The 2Wire 2701HG-B is a cable modem that provides high speed Internet access. It is thin, shaped like a square and is equipped with a jack where you plug in your cable line. If you want to disassemble your 2Wire 2701HG-B in order to diagnose problems or replace internal parts, the first thing you need to do is open up the case. The bottom of the case fits into a groove in the top of the case, so you'll have to pry the case open with a screwdriver.
