Include file cabinets as part of each individual office space to help prevent files and papers from getting mixed up with those of the other occupants.

Install shelving behind each desk or above each desk. Fill the shelving with colored bins for storage and extra office supplies.

Create walls between desks with a sheet of plexiglass. Paint the plexiglass for privacy. Sandwich the plexiglass between the desks for stability. Sandwich the plexiglass between the sides of each desk when the desks are placed side by side or sandwich it between desks facing each other to create a wall between the desks.

Provide each person a color.

Fill the file cabinet associated with each desk with the appropriate color files and hanging file folders.

Add desktop accessories in the appropriate color. Choose desk calendars, pen holders, and sticky notes in the assigned colors.
