      Connect the USB flash drive to a USB port on your old computer.

      Launch iTunes.

      Click "Edit" at the top of the window and click "Preferences."

      Click the "Advanced" tab at the top of the window. Tick the box to the left of "Keep iTunes Media Folder Organized."
