How Do I Get to the Island on Regal Ring?
"The Legend of Zelda: Spirit Tracks" is an adventure game for the Nintendo DS released in 2009. In it, you play the role of Link, who wishes to become a train engineer, but the magic rail tracks that transport the land's trains are disappearing from the game world. One of the missions in the game is to reach the Ocean Sanctuary on an island. However, first you must reinstate the bridge to the island by finding the Regal Ring.

Go to the Wellspring Station in the southwest area of Snow Realm. Walk to the area beneath the station, and talk to the Bridge Maker.

Take him to Linebeck's Trading Post in the southeast of the Forest Realm.

Talk to Linebeck about how to pay the Bridge Maker's bill, and you will receive a riddle.

Use your light, and follow where its beam points. Walk four steps to the north and six steps to the west. Go inside the cave.

Stun any Like-Likes with your boomerang to avoid their touching and breaking your shield.

Go up the stairs, ignoring the pots. Go to the stone, and learn the "Song of Light." Flick the switch that appears when you use the "Song of Light" by throwing your boomerang at it; this will cause the bridge in the room to extend.

Pick up a flower bomb, and blow up the entrance so you can proceed to the next area.

Go up four squares in this room and six squares to the left. Use your "Song of Discovery," and a chest containing the Regal Ring will appear. Take it and go back to the Trading Post; the bridge to the island will now open.
