How to Unscrew the Bottom of a PDP Double Kick Pedal
PDP drums and pedals are manufactured by Drum Workshop (DW). A double-kick pedal's footboard can be released from its frame for replacement or to adjust the heel plate for a more comfortable playing surface. The bottom can be removed by disconnecting the drive chain and removing the screws that connect the pedal to the heel plate, but is only possible on newer models.
