How to Create a Template for eBay Listings
If you regularly sell similar products or items on eBay, you can save time by creating a listings template. This uses the same formatting and selling preferences for the listing each time you sell an item, so you don't have to start each new listing from scratch. The template is flexible so you can change item descriptions and adjust selling preferences each time you use the template. You can create an eBay listings template by opening a recent or current listing and editing the settings.

3
Double-click on one of your current or recent eBay item listings in the "Active Selling" or the "Sold" sections in the main page. Click the "Edit Listing" link.
-
4
Select "Save This Listing as a Template and use it to Sell Similar Items." This saves the template with the name of the product or item in the listing. The next time you list an item on eBay, you can select your saved template from the drop-down menu under "Sell With a Template."

Tips & Warnings
You can edit, update or delete your saved eBay listings templates by clicking "Manage Templates" when you list a new item. You can also start a new template by clicking the "Create Template" link, but it's usually quicker to create your template from an existing listing.
