How to Become a Necromancer in "Oblivion" for PC
"The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion" is a fantasy role-playing computer game released by Bethesda Softworks in late 2006. Players can create any type of character they want, including those specializing in different types of magic. While you cannot actively tag yourself as a necromancer in the game, you can copy what the in-game necromancers do: summon undead creatures to fight at your side. This requires a high level of Conjuration for best results.
Instructions

1
Create a character with high Conjuration. The Altmer and Breton races get a bonus to Conjuration, as do the Battlemage, Mage, Sorcerer and Witchhunter preset classes.
-
2
Raise Conjuration. Repeatedly perform your Conjuration spells, such as Bound Boots, Bound Dagger, Bound Gauntlets and Bound Helmet, to raise your skill. Alternatively, you may seek out various Conjuration trainers and get a free skill upgrade.

-
3
Purchase summoning spells. Necromancers primarily raise undead creatures as minions, so you must get these kinds of spells to be a necromancer. Various vendors sell these spells, though Alberic Little and Athragar of the Mages Guild sell the majority of them. Purchase spells such as Summon Scamp, Summon Clannfear and Summon Zombie.
-
4
Summon your minions while fighting enemies. Depending on the spell, your minion fights alongside your character for a short period of time before disappearing.
