Navigate to the Bajora system in the game. Fly northwest until you see a purple dot on your radar.

Double-click on the wormhole that appears to travel to the Dyson system. Travel west from the planet that you see until you encounter the Dyson Sphere, a massive, metallic object that fills the entire screen.

Double-click the object and select "Dyson Sphere." Press the "Purchase" button to buy it. You can now use the sphere on your own planets.

Tips & Warnings
You need 200 flight experience to go through the wormhole. If you need more, you can get it from the Vulcan planet.
