Ibox Instructions
The iBox is a lock box for real estate; it holds business cards, information about the house, fliers and warnings. The box ensures that property information is always available, even during an unexpected showing of the home. There is added security as the iBox requires a personal identification number, or PIN, to enter the home. The device can manage listing keys by tracking who enters the home; it can also be programed to open at specific access times.

Point the end of the display key at the infrared lens found on the iBox. The distance of the infrared beam can span up to 3 feet, but 1 foot or less is an ideal distance. If the box is in direct sunlight, hold the key up next to the infrared lens. When a connection is made, a tone will sound; do not move the key until the tone sounds end.

Turn on your display key by pressing "enter." Scroll through to the "obtain key" option; press "enter" again.

Enter your four-digit PIN; press "enter." When you enter the correct PIN, two beeps will sound. At this point, you have five minutes to connect the key to the iBox. If the time lapses past five minutes, the key will power down.

Point the key at the box as soon as the two beeps occur. The key container will unlock within a few seconds. Press the bottom of the key container up; this will remove the key box. There is a 30-second window to remove the key container before it re-locks.

Return the key box to the iBox before leaving the property. Make sure that all the items that were inside the box when you opened it are returned into the key box, and that it closes completely without bulging.

Place the key box into the bottom of the iBox container with the key side of the box facing you. Push the key container up until it closes.

Release the iBox shackle when it is no longer needed in its present location. Turn on the display key by pressing "enter." When the key is on, scroll to the "release shackle" option and press "enter."

Enter the four-digit iBox shackle release PIN; press "enter." Point the key at the iBox infrared sensor. The shackle will release within a few seconds.

Remove the shackle from the iBox by repeating Steps 7 and 8.
