Ustream is a website that allows you to view various live streams from other Ustream users around the globe. Once you create a Ustream account, you can set up your own stream and begin broadcasting within minutes -- all you need is a webcam.       Direct your browser to the Ustream sign-up page -- a link is provided in the Resources section. Fill in your details and click "Create My Account."

      Connect your webcam to a free USB port and wait for any missing drivers to load -- once this process is complete, a notification will appear above the system tray.

      Log in to Ustream and click "Start Broadcasting." Type in a name for your broadcast session and click "Create."
