How to Spot Items With a Diamond Detector in the Game "Hidden Relics"
"Hidden Relics" is a point-and-click mystery from Big Fish Games. In the game, you're trying to track down several missing antiques, but certain items can't be located until you have all of the gadgets. Once you earn the "Diamond Detector" you'll be able to see hidden items with jewels in them. Using this item is simple, as all you need to do is activate it and click when you've found a hidden item.

Complete eight mini-games to unlock the Diamond Detector. It will be added automatically to your "Collected Gadgets" list.

Go to a location containing a hidden item with a diamond or gem in it. Click on the tab "Special Hidden Items" on the lower-left portion of the screen to see if any of them are in your current location. The location of these hidden items will change from game to game.

Click on "Diamond Detector" in the lower-left portion of the screen under "Collected Gadgets." It will bring up a circle to help pinpoint hidden items with diamonds or gems in them. Click on a hidden jeweled item to add it to your collection.

Tips & Warnings
Click on "Hints" if you need help in finding hidden jeweled items. It can show you a silhouette of the item to give you a better sense of what you're looking for. It can also show you a temporary circle on the screen to narrow down the area you need to search.
