How to Replace a Jenn-Air ERC
Jenn-Air ranges have a control panel, sometimes referred to as the electronic range control, or ERC, that allows you to control the cooking mode of the oven, as well as the oven temperature. Additionally, when the oven is not in use, the ERC displays the time of day. When the oven is in use, the control displays information regarding the oven, including the cook mode, internal temperature and kitchen timer information. Unlike most ranges, the ERC on a Jenn-Air range is located on the front, as opposed to on the top of the stove. If the ERC is damaged, you must replace it to restore functionality to the oven. Does this Spark an idea?
