How to Clean a Slip-Resistant Bathtub
A slip-resistant tub works well when you want to reduce the risk of a slip or fall while in the bathtub. The base of the bathtub is typically a rubber-like textured surface that allows you to easily get in and out of the tub. Just like any other bathtub surface, the slip-resistant tub needs cleaning often. Use cleaning products that clean the tub surface well without risk of damaging the slip-resistant coating. Rinse the tub to loosen any buildup or soap scum.

Drizzle a wet sponge with either dish soap or a household cleaner that is non-abrasive. Clean the entire tub and rinse afterward to wash away the cleaning solution.

Sprinkle a powdered household cleaner over any stains. Let sit on the stain for about 30 minutes then scrub with a wet nylon sponge as needed until all stain residue is gone.

Rinse the tub to wash away any leftover residue.

Tips & Warnings
The American Standard company recommends something like Spic 'N' Span, Bon Ami or ZUD to clean the tub surface.
Avoid harsh cleaning tools like wire or metal scouring pads as these will eat away at the slip-resistant finish of the bathtub.
