Click on the "Deadfather" tab at the top right of the game's interface.

Click on the arrow next to "Fresh corpses" to select the number of corpses you want the Deadfather to help you dispose of.

Click on "Dispose" to get rid of the corpses. The Deadfather will charge you a small amount of experience points to make the corpses disappear.
