How to Remove Fingerprint Powder From Tiles
If your tiles were recently dusted for fingerprints, chances are there was a pretty big mess left behind. Fingerprint powder can be dark, and since it's so finely ground, it spreads easily. Even though the mess may appear intimidating, in truth, the method used to clean it up is quite simple. Wipe all excess powder off the tiles carefully using a dry, soft cloth.

Mist the entire affected area with a household tile cleaner.

Allow the cleaner to sit on the powder for several minutes.

Use paper towels or a clean rag to wipe the fingerprint dust residue away, using small circular motions to lift the powder up and away.

Repeat the process if the stain does not wipe away easily.
