How to Clear Chat History on a Facebook Mobile
The Facebook chat application lets you chat with your Facebook friends using your mobile device. It also stores any conversations that you have so you can look back on them in case there was something important that you forgot. However, this means that potentially sensitive information may be left on your mobile device unless you delete the chat history. While the process varies slightly depending on your phone, the general method is the same.

Open Facebook on your smart phone by tapping on the Facebook symbol.

Click on the "Grid," located near the top of your screen.

Select "Chat." You'll see a list of contacts.

Scroll to the left to see the delete option beside your contact's name. Click "Delete," and the chat history will be removed from your mobile.
