How to Cancel an AOL ISP Account
AOL offers several paid dial-up account options that allow you to access the Internet using the AOL ISP service. Should you decide that you no longer want to use AOL as your ISP, you can cancel your paid AOL account using AOL's My Account Online account management tool. When canceling your paid AOL account, AOL will automatically convert your account to a free AOL account.

Go to the AOL My Account Online management tool.

Enter your AOL email address or username and password and click the "Sign In" button.

Answer the account security question and click the "Continue" button.

Select the "Manage My Subscriptions" link.

Click the "Cancel Billing" option.

Select the reason your want to cancel your AOL ISP service from the drop-down menu. Select the "Cancel My Billing" button to complete the cancellation process.
