How to Change or Delete My Email Signature

An email signature provides personalization to an email, such as inspirational quotes, jokes or images, or provides important information, such as your business contact information or a confidentiality warning. People with business-related signatures may want to change or delete it when they move to a new position, change their phone number or get a new job. People who use the signature for personalization of emails may want to edit it to keep it fresh.
