How to Insert a Graphic File Into an Outlook Signature
In addition to including information such as your name, telephone number, and mailing address in an Microsoft Outlook email signature, you can insert a graphic file. The graphic file could be a logo of your business, your handwritten signature, photo of yourself, or some other creative visuals that provide organizational clarity or aesthetics. Regardless of what graphics you use, the images will make your email signature stand out from the rest.

Click the "Home" menu in the main Microsoft Outlook window to select "New Mail."

Select "Signature" under the "Include" category of the Compose Message window to select "Signatures."

Select the signature you want to edit under "Select signature to edit."

Click on the area of the email signature where you want to insert a graphic file under "Edit signature."

Click on the icon appearing with two mountains and a sun to insert a graphic file. Locate the folder and select the graphic file, then click on "Insert."

Click "OK."

Tips & Warnings
To customize settings so that your email signature automatically appears with each email you compose, in the Signatures and Stationary window, under "Choose default signature," select an email signature for the "New messages" field and click "OK."
