How to Get Your Phone Number When It's Disconnected
It may seem strange to not remember an old phone number, but if you've moved around a lot or have had more than one phone, it's possible. After all, you don't call yourself. Finding an old phone number that's been disconnected should be fairly simple, especially if it's a cellphone and you still have the phone. If not, it may be more challenging, but your family and friends or the phone company might be able to help you.

1
Look at an old bill. It will have your phone number at the top where your address and account number are listed.
-
2
Look in the phone book if you are searching for a disconnected landline.

3
Charge up your cellphone and look in the account information or tools area. If you still have the owner's manual, it will tell you where to find your number.
-
4
Call the phone company, from a working phone, and ask them what your number was. As long as you can provide the correct identifying information, they should be able to tell you your number.
-
5
Ask a friend or a member of your family. It's likely that someone wrote down or included your number in her list of contacts.
