How to Repair Cement Ponds
Cement ponds crack due to frost heaving and other forms of weathering. You can patch cracks with concrete, but this temporary solution usually lasts for only a season of two and it alters the water's pH level (acidity). You can apply a fish-safe rubber membrane for a more permanent solution to the cracking problem. Use either a paintbrush or paint roller to apply the rubber membrane. Wait at least a week before refilling the pond with water and reintroducing fish. Does this Spark an idea?
