How to Link to the Spry Menu in Dreamweaver
The Spry menu bar in Adobe Dreamweaver provides an easy-to-use interface to add Ajax-powered Web elements to your Web page. You can link a menu item widget to the Spry menu. You can either provide a URL link or browse to a file to complete the link. Note that you will need administrative rights and privileges for your Web page to complete this task.

Open Adobe Dreamweaver software from the "Start" menu or desktop shortcut.

Click to select the "Spry Menu Bar" widget in the "Document" window within the main program.

Click the "Window" tab and select "Properties." Click the name of the menu item to which you want to apply a link.

Enter the link in the "Link" text box. You may also click the folder button to browse to a file and create the link.
