A "Permit" is an item that you can get in "MapleStory," the massively multiplayer online role playing video game. A permit allows you to sell items to other players in certain areas of the game. You have to purchase a permit to sell items in every city, so you cannot just buy one permit to cover all cities. If you want to purchase a permit to sell goods in the city of Ariant, for instance, you have to buy the Ariant Permit from the Cash Shop.
