How to Block Webtrends

Webtrends is a mobile and social networking optimization and analytics portal. Webtrends works to collect two types of technological data: log file and page tagging data. This data is commonly used to measure site matriculation, traffic and search engine optimization. Any site can be monitored, but such forms of surveillance may not be appropriate in all settings. Some workplace and educational facilities may not be inclined to allow surfers to access such sites. Blocking Webtrends requires administrative changes to the browser settings.
