Push cups into the holes of a chain link fence to make a flag.

Creating a chain link fence flag is a form of urban art. Red, white and blue cups are used to create a flag in the holes of the chain link fence. These flags can be installed wherever a chain link fence stands. The Fourth of July is a holiday when these works of art can be seen in the fences of schoolyards and chain link fence overpasses across America. You should always get permission from the fence owner before starting this project if the fence is not located on your own property.
