How to Email a Movie to Facebook
If you prefer posting to Facebook without logging in to the website, send your updates via email. Facebook doesn't limit your email posts to status updates -- you can also email a movie to Facebook. To post your video file to Facebook by emailing it, you first need to obtain your personal upload email address. Once you have the address, you can send your video file by computer or with a mobile device, such as a smartphone.

Sign in to your Facebook account.

Type "Mobile" into the Search bar at the top of the screen. This shows a list of options in drop-down menu. Choose "Facebook Mobile" from the Facebook section.

Note the email address listed in the Upload Via Email section. This is your personal upload email. Facebook will post any content that you send to the address.

Log in to your email provider. Create a new email and add your movie as an attachment. Address the email to your Facebook upload email address.

Type your video caption in the subject line. Facebook posts this caption with your video.

Send the email, and Facebook will post your movie and caption.

Tips & Warnings
Your video cannot exceed 20 minutes in length or 1,024MB in file size.
Facebook supports videos in formats such as DIVX, FLV, 3G2, OGM, MPG, MPEG, MPEG4, WMV, ASF and AVI.
Do not upload videos that infringe on the copyright of another user or business.
