Click the "Download" link for Google Calendar at google.com/support/calendar.

Double-click the executable file that downloads to install Google Calendar Sync. Click the checkbox next to "I agree," then click "Next," then "Finish." The program will launch automatically once installation is complete.

Enter your Google Calendar username and password. Click the button next to "2-way," then click "Save." Your primary Google Calendar will be synced to the default calendar in Outlook.
