How to Add Audio Clips to Blogger
Creating a blog can be a fun, entertaining and profitable way to share your experiences and thoughts with others. The Blogger website helps you create a simple blog that you can gradually expand over time as you get more comfortable with the service. Eventually, you may want to add an audio clip to your blog, and while the Blogger software is capable of displaying the clip, you will first need to find a site to host the file.

1
Visit a website that will let you host your own files, like Box.net. You can choose any hosting company you feel comfortable with as long as it has a way to embed your file on your website. Whichever hosting site you choose, you will need to first create an account and will most likely have to verify your email address by clicking on a link that the company emails to you.

2
Upload the file to your hosting site, which will require you to click "Upload" and locate the file on your hard drive. Once the file is on the site, you will need to locate the code to embed the file on your blog. For Box.net, you can find this by clicking the cog icon next to the file and choosing "Embed file in your site."

-
3
Copy the embed code that appears to your clipboard. There will either be a button that will do this for you, or you can highlight the code and press "Ctrl" + "C."
-
4
Visit the Blogger website and log in to your account. Click the "New Post" button next to the blog where you want to embed your audio file.
-
5
Type a title for the post into the first text box. Then, click the "Edit HTML" button just above the large text box. Click inside the large box and press "Ctrl" + "V" to paste your code. The code should have a "width" and a "height" field. Alter these fields to the size you want your widget to be. Click "Publish Post" at the bottom of the screen to create your blog post with the embedded music file.

Tips & Warnings
If you are using Box.net to embed your file, do not set the width of the embedded player below 300 pixels, as this will cause the progress bar on the player to act unpredictably.
