How to Refill an Airzound Air Horn
The Airzound air horn is a compressed air pressure powered bike horn that produces up to 115 decibels of sound without the use of cartridges or batteries. Instead, it uses pressurized air at up to 80 psi in a 500 ml water bottle-style canister. As you use the horn, air empties from the canister and the air pressure decreases. When you no longer get the desired horn blast effect, the canister will require a refill. Refilling your Airzound won't take long. You can refill it quickly via any standard Schrader valve-compatible bike pump.

Flip up the red or white plastic piece on top of the Airzound air horn that doubles as the horn switch to reveal the valve.

Connect the bike pump to the valve as you would normally connect it to the valve on a bike tire, making certain that the pump connection head is seated securely on the valve.

Pump air into the canister until it reaches 80 psi.

Disconnect the bike pump and flip down the cover. Test your Airzound to make certain that it works after the refill.

Tips & Warnings
If it appears that air hasn't filled the canister on your Airzound, look inside the bike pump connector head and check if the pin is too deep into the head. If it is, push the head as far as possible onto the valve and try again. If this doesn't work, use a different pump.
If the valve pulls up out of position from the horn after you remove the bike pump, grasp the tube on the other side of the volume knob and pull down slightly to return the valve to its original position.
Never refill your Airzound above 80 psi. The canister can explode.
