The Raiders logo is a shield with an eye-patched football player in front of crossed swords. Turn this black and white symbol into a pumpkin carving template with MS Paint. Once you have made your template and printed it, you can transfer the pattern to a pumpkin and carve it. Then put it on your porch during Halloween to display your team pride.
Things You'll Need
- PC with Internet access and printer
- Normal printer paper
- Pumpkin carving tool
- Pumpkin template poking tool
Download a permissible picture of the Raider's NFL logo as an image file.
Right-click on the image file. Select "Open with" in the drop-down menu. Select "Paint." The MS Paint program will open up with the image.
Click on the "Select" tool, which is located under the "Home" tab in the MS Paint program.
Right-click on the image. Select "Invert colors" at the bottom of the drop-down menu. Save the image. Print the image on normal printer paper.
Cut out the top or stem of your pumpkin with a pumpkin carving tool. Scoop out the strings and seeds from the inside of the pumpkin with a spoon. Tape the paper to your pumpkin. Poke holes along the outer edges of the white areas of the template with a pumpkin tracing poking tool. Remove the paper and use the holes as a guideline and cut out the Raider's symbol from your pumpkin.
