Set up your Easy Set pool in about 5 to 10 minutes.

Intex provides people with an affordable alternative to the traditional in-ground or metal wall above ground pool. One of the biggest benefits to an Intex pool is the small amount of time from unpacking to set up and fill. Instructions

    • 1

Unpack the box and lay out all of the pieces.

    • 2

Locate the area you would like to place the pool. Use the level to determine if the area is completely flat. If not, use a shovel to bring the higher areas down level with the lower areas.

    • 3

Walk around the area to remove any rocks or other debris that could puncture the pool.

    • 4

Spread the ground cloth over the area that will contain the pool. Ground cloths should be large enough to hang out from under the pool about 1 to 2 feet on all sides.

    • 5

Unroll the pool right-side up on the ground cloth.

    • 6

Turn the pool so the pre-cut holes for the filter are pointing in the direction the filter will be located. Plug the inlet and outflow holes with the provided black connector plugs.

    • 7

Inflate the top ring of the pool using a pump. When the ring is firm, remove the pump and plug the air hole.

    • 8

Walk around the inside of the pool using your feet to spread the liner. Lift the ring the push the liner outward.

    • 9

Fill the pool with 1 inch of water and check that the water is spread evenly across the bottom of the pool.

    • 10

Walk around the inside of the pool again using your feet to spread the liner. It is important to remove all wrinkles as the weight of the filled pool could cause them to leak.

    • 11

Continue filling the pool until the water has reached the bottom of the inflated ring.

Tips & Warnings

  • Continue removing the wrinkles throughout the fill up process, when the pool has about 1 foot of water the weight of the water will keep the liner flat better.
