Press down on the filter inside of the empty paint reservoir twice. This will ensure the proper operation of the valve.

    • 3

Fill the reservoir with paint. Consult your user manual for information on your reservoir's capacity before filling.

    • 4

Unhook the clear return tube that is attached to the inside of the reservoir and allow the open end to hang over a bucket.

    • 5

Turn the spray knob to "Prime."

    • 6

Turn the power switch to the "On" position.

    • 7

Allow some of the paint to flow through the return tube and into the bucket. This will clear out any debris that may be left behind in the system.

    • 8

Turn the power switch back to the "Off" position once the paint running through the return tube appears to be clear of any debris.

    • 9

Hook the return tube back up.

    • 10

Place the lid on the reservoir.

    • 11

Point the gun at the wall, unlock the trigger and hold down the trigger. Turn the spray knob to "Spray." Then, turn the power switch to "On." This allows the gun to fill with paint. Once the paint comes out in a smooth spray, you are ready to begin.
