Norwegian Cruise Line (NCL) sails to destinations all over Europe, the Caribbean and North America using 11 cruising ships. By 2014, NCL will add two new cruise ships able to accommodate more than 4,000 passengers. As a company, NCL now sends all travel documents to customers electronically, including luggage tags. As soon as NCL finalizes your booking with your full payment, you can access your electronic documents for your cruise, starting from 60 days prior to your departure date.
Log in to your NCL account. You will see a section labeled "my reservations" in the middle of the screen. For each reservation you have, you will see four buttons. Click the third button, which reads "eDocs."
Find a list of links to your edocs at the left of the page under your cruise summary details, which is directly below the passenger names. You will see links for all your documents, including cruise ticket, transfer vouchers, hotel vouchers, excursion and itinerary, luggage tag, and NCL guest ticket contract.
Click on the "luggage tag" link. Print out the luggage tag or tags from this page. Make sure to fill in your name and address on each luggage tag prior to attaching to your bags.
Tips & Warnings
- You will need to access your online e-documents to print out your luggage tags if you booked your NCL cruise less than 21 days before your sailing date. You can also get luggage tags in your "Welcome Aboard Brochure" sent to you by NCL if you book 21 days or more before your sailing date.
