Spider Web Face Paint
One thing children look forward to doing on Halloween is covering their faces with face paint. If you are throwing a Halloween party with a face painting booth, expect your young guests to request scary images. These include ghosts, witches, bats, monsters, spiders and spider webs. Fortunately, something like a spider web can be created by even the most amateur of face painting artists.
Instructions

1
Ask the child to show you which cheek he wants the spider web on.
-
2
Dip your paintbrush in some white face paint and create a central point in the middle of the child's cheek.
-
-
3
Draw eight straight lines coming out of the central point. They should be evenly spaced all the way around the cheek.
Note: You will have to keep dipping your paintbrush back in the white paint as you go along.
-
4
Make a small octagon 1/3 of an inch away from the central point by drawing lines parallel to the lines that you just drew.
-
5
Create larger octagons as you move further away from the central point. Stop when you get close to the edge of your beginning lines.

Tips & Warnings
To make the spider web even scarier, add a black spider with red fangs.
Sprinkle silver glitter on the spider web if you want it to sparkle.
A fine tipped paintbrush should be used on younger children with smaller cheeks.
