Package the damaged Pampered Chef item as per the company's instructions. According to pamperedchef.com, the company will arrange for a FedEx Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to be issued or a United States Postal Service return label to be sent. The customer has 30 days to return the damaged item. After 30 days, the shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
