1
Look for places on the walls or rafters that are highly conspicuous. If you want to hang a portrait of the company's founder in the warehouse, for example, hang it in a place where his portrait can be seen from the main entrance or multiple entrances. This positioning will remind your warehouse employees of what the company's founder symbolizes and may inspire them to emulate him.

2
Hang photos of special moments in the business's history along the walls of the warehouse and in the offices of the warehouse. If you have a warehouse in the lumber industry, for example, you could include photos of buildings or houses that your wood has helped construct. If you supply municipalities with metal, you can hang photos of a ribbon-cutting ceremony for a new school.

3
Use the warehouse's eccentricities to your advantage. If it has poles or beams that lace the warehouse intermittently, attach company fliers to them. If the warehouse has an empty area in the corner, turn it into an employee lounge area.

4
Supply furniture such as chairs and tables for your employees to use while on break. They must be able to rest comfortably as well as eat their food, if they use the lounge for their lunch break. Select something sleek and modern if you have a new warehouse, or supply your employees with nostalgic furniture if your warehouse is old.

5
Put lamps in parts of the warehouse that do not receive much light. Lamps can help your employees feel more at home. To reduce costs, you can encourage your employees to bring in their own lamps.
-
6
Supply the warehouse with a soda machine or general concession vending machine. Employees and customers will appreciate this feature.
-
7
Install concrete flooring. Concrete flooring will help ensure that there is a hard, smooth surface so that machines such as jacks and forklifts can traverse the warehouse safely and efficiently. The concrete flooring also makes it easy for machines to pick up pallets evenly.
-
8
Place mirrors on the walls of the warehouse as well as at important intersections. The mirrors should primarily play a safety role to ensure that forklifts do not crash or hurt employees. The mirrors will also make the warehouse look bigger, possibly making your business operation look bigger.
