How to Test If an IP Is on Gmail's Blacklist
In order to reduce spam, Google's Gmail tracks incoming emails and gives users the opportunity to label them as spam. If enough users label email from a particular sender as spam, Gmail may block any emails that originate from that IP address. The easiest way to check if your emails are being disregarded as spam by Gmail is to create your own Gmail account and send an email to it. If your IP address has been blacklisted, you'll get an email from Google telling you so.

3
Check to see if the email arrived in your Gmail account. If the email didn't arrive, check the account you sent it from (the one you're testing).
-
4
Check to see if there is a delivery rejection notice from Gmail in either your inbox or your spam folder. If you've been blacklisted, Google will send you an email with information, including the IP address of the server that's been blacklisted.
