How to Make a YouTube Video the Size of the Display Screen
YouTube allows you to enlarge videos to view them in greater detail. This feature is especially useful if the video you're viewing was shot in high definition, which permits you to view it in a large size without distortion. Regardless of the quality of the video, you can view all YouTube videos in full-screen mode.

Visit the main YouTube page and navigate to the video you want to view in full-screen mode.

Hover your mouse over the navigation bar at the bottom of the video. Click the icon located in the lower right corner of the video, which depicts four diagonal arrows pointing toward the outside of the rectangle that houses them. Your video now displays in full-screen mode.

Click the icon that replaces the one you clicked to display your video in full-screen mode -- the new one depicts four arrows pointing inwards -- to minimize your video.
