How to Get a Certification or E-Credits With Delta

Delta certifications are essentially gift vouchers that can be used to purchase airline tickets for any occasion and time, with no black-out dates. However, certifications are only redeemable at Delta ticketing offices and airports where Delta operates. If you want to redeem your voucher by booking air travel using Delta's website, you will need to obtain the company's electronic voucher, also known as "eCredits."
