How to View a Transcript on YouTube

In May 2011, six years after its official launch, YouTube claims users are uploading 48 hours of video to the site every minute. The site is consistently adding new features and capabilities for its users, including the ability to add and view transcripts or closed captioning for the videos on its site. As the Internet becomes a more popular place for people to get their news and entertainment, more videos are available with transcripts.
