Instructions

1. Grip the handle of your Microplane adjustable grater with one hand, and grab the plastic slider with your other hand.

2. Remove the clear plastic food plunger from the black plastic slider.

3. Slide the slider off the grating surface of the grater.

4. Slide the cover in place over the grating surface of the grater.

5. Press the black button at the hinge at the grater's top.

6. Fold the handle in against the body of the grater, and release the button to lock it in place.
