How to Push Changes to Google
Your Android phone is designed to automatically sync with your Google account. When you delete a contact or read an email from your phone or computer, that change is reflected when you log in from the other device. Technology is not always perfect, though, and sometimes you have to push the changes to Google from your phone before you see them.
