How to Draw an Autobot Mask
Debuting in 1984 as a line of toys and a cartoon, the "Transformers" franchise has seen a resurgence in the 2000's with a movie series and an updated cartoon. "Transformers" is the story of robots that transform into electronic and mechanical objects. The "Autobots" are good robots that fight against a group of evil robots, the "Decepticons." The "Transformers" logo is the face of an Autobot. The face is made up of a variety of shapes, which can be separated and rearranged as the Autobots transform into other objects.

1
Draw a trapezoid for a mouth. Above the trapezoid, draw an "H" shape but make the top of the "H" slant down to the left and the bottom of the "H" slant up to the left. The angles on the bottom of the "H" shape should fit against the trapezoid like puzzle pieces.
-
2
Sketch shapes for the cheeks on the left and right sides of the "H". Draw the left shape by drawing a small vertical line. Make a small horizontal line from the bottom right of that line. Draw a line up from that line to just below the top of the vertical line. From there, draw a horizontal line to the left, toward the vertical line. Draw a small vertical line going up to the same height as the longer vertical line, and connect the two with a small horizontal line. The shape will look like a filled in "L". The cheek on the right will be the reverse of this shape.

3
Draw a nose by creating a shape above the "H" that is rectangular on the bottom and sides, but make it slant down to create a "V" shape at the top.
-
4
Draw eyes on the left and right sides of the nose, by creating shapes similar to the "L" shapes, but with the horizontal part of each "L" drawn wider and shorter than the cheek shapes. Inside each eye, draw two thin rectangular shapes in a vertical row.
-
5
Draw a curved triangular shape in between the eyes for a forehead. Inside this shape, make a small upside-down triangle.
